Movie Poster of the Day: The first official one-sheets for the Tim Burton-produced, Timur Bekmambetov-directed adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter have been released.
Synopsis:
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter explores the secret life of our greatest President, and the untold story that shaped our nation. Visionary filmmakers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the blood-thirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history’s greatest hunter of the undead.
The film, which stars Benjamin Walker, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Alan Tudyk, Anthony Mackie, and Dominic Cooper, is set to open ahead of Steven Spielberg’s much less vampiric Lincoln biopic on June 22nd.
